“I don't have any pictures of our burgers, but they were absolutely delicious!! Shout out to our waitress who was friendly, kind and accommodating!! People never hesitate to complain but rarely acknowledge excellent service. I'm so bummed I didn't get her name but your management should give you a raise!! Great service and excellent food!! We enjoyed a birthday dinner on Thursday September 19th. Thank you!!:)“

“Overall, a good meal. Our waitress was pleasant and personable. I applaud Batavia Downs for trying to up the level on their restaurant and food selections. My NY strip was cooked to order and my wife's chicken special was very good. They could go from good to great by focusing on the details a bit more. Our wine, delivered 15 minutes after ordering, was presented by a very young server with “ I don't know if this is the wine you ordered? Could you taste it?” Wine and beer selection was minimal- why not add feature local craft beers (Eli Fish) or Finger Lakes wines ( Dr Konstantin) Lets promote Batavia and NY state! My $9 salad looked and tasted like it was from a $1.29 iceberg mix from the local supermarket with a couple of tomatoes thrown in... how about some spring mix and other veggies? Our entrees did not come with a vegetable nor did I see any on the menu? Perhaps grilled asparagus or Brussels sprouts or simply green beans? Again a good meal and thank you BD for this option... now take it to the next level!“

“I want to thank you all for not only amazing food, but amazing service. My son has sensory issues and it was his first time so it was a bit of a struggle to get him through dinner. But our waitress understood completely and made sure he had everything he needed when he was ready. Also thank you to one of the owners (at least that’s what my daughters said) for opening the main bathrooms when they needed it. They came back to our table and said nothing but great things about how nice the guy was to them.“
