Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life.
The food was disgusting. The chicken smelled rotten and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The biscuits were so overcooked and hard that they were almost impossible to eat. When I complained, an employee tried to tell me they were supposed to be hard on the outside and soft on the inside. No, they were just hard.

I was given a bowl by a GM that looked like it had been eaten out of. With half a scoop of macaroni and 2 tenders. Was overcharged and he refused to refund. All this after I waited 30 min in the drive thru for it!!! We had choose words a few months ago involving a personal matter when he went to my mothers house posing as if it was in memorable of my dead brother!! Hello, I ordered KFC broast but it arrived cold and had too much salt. Please check this issue. The food quality was not good.

KFC offers a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The service is friendly, with staff keeping the place clean and attentive to customers' needs. The store manager handled a rude gentleman very well. The food has its ups and downs. The chicken, at times, can be a bit dry. The fries can be soggy and oily. Online deals can be a great value. Food was ready quickly. Parking has lots of spots for pickup orders, handicap parking spaces, and dine-in spaces. It is totally wheelchair accessible.
