Went in .. no greeting.. no acknowledgment. stood at counter for 12 mins until they finished making orders for pickup. Finally was asked if they could help us. We placed order. In walks a Caucasian man and they greet him and take his order after us. He had placed his order for same sandwich as one of ours. They made his sandwich as we sat and waited for ours. They handed him his food. His order was completed. We got up and left.
