About Bagel Boss East

Bagel Boss East has been a favorite spot in Bay Shore since the 80s, known for its delicious bagels. Customers appreciate the efficient service and positive changes over the years. The menu offers a variety of options, including the popular Philly sandwich on a plain bagel and the signature RRS Crash fried chicken cutlet sandwich. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially to customers with allergies. Many visitors highlight the generous cream cheese portions, especially on sesame bagels with scallion cream cheese, which are praised for their excellent flavor. The old-fashioned atmosphere and the owner’s hard work are frequently mentioned as highlights. Some customers enjoy toasted Pumpernickel bagels with cream cheese and a big stack of bacon from the grill. Others recall how they used to live on their everything bagels while managing specific dietary needs, like allergies. Bagel Boss East is also appreciated for its exceptional service, with staff making sure orders are correct and delivered on time. Although some feel prices are higher, many consider a visit a nostalgic treat worth experiencing whenever in the area.
