Nicky's on the Bay is a seasonal establishment with a great view of the bay. The outdoor patio is a good place to sit and chill, watching the boats go by. The menu has been upgraded, with prices being higher, but the food is better. Some meals, like the shimp scampi, may not be good, but other food is delicious. The service can be excellent, with servers like Anthony providing great recommendations and superb service. However, the service can also be poor, with long waits for water and empty glasses not being bussed. The atmosphere is phenomenal, with a perfect kickoff to a summer weekend on the bay. Nicky's is a great spot for a boozy lunch date or a night by the water, with attentive waiters and amazing views.
