“It’s Tuesday night I just left there speaking to Frank. My name is Thomas Kos. I’ve said this numerous times I believe since I moved to this area there’s no sense of even going anywhere else I’m a big pizza person the Sicilian in the regular or some of the best I’ve ever had the chicken bacon ranch is probably the best slice of pizza I ever had in my 56 years. The people are kind the workers are great it’s just no need to go anywhere else. Great deal on Tuesday and the slices are always huge, I’m shocked sometimes the size of a slice. Guys thank you for everything. Always great going in there.“

“I ordered shrimp tacos and chips with guacamole. Their guacamole is so, so good! Creamy and salty and not too oniony. The shrimp had a nice sear on them and the condiments added good flavor. Price point was excellent for shrimp.

Parking: The lot for this shopping center is poorly designed, and lots of customers park along the fire lanes because they think who they are, but there’s an overflow lot behind salsa salsa and the laundromat that is easier and sometimes even closer than if you were to try to park in the main lot.

Kid-friendliness: The dining space is small but the metal tables and booths are good for kids. High top counter seating available as well.“

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Tap Room (Patchogue) (specifically the Patchogue location). We were invited to a family party, buffet-style. I reached out to the restaurant via email, because I wanted to make sure they could accommodate my daughters food allergies -- eggs, soy, sunflower seeds, tree nuts and peanuts, or I would plan ahead and pack snacks she could safely eat instead. The Culinary Director, Joseph Walsh, called me the next day. He spoke to me for awhile, went over her food allergies, made some suggestions, and assured me that he would come up with something she could safely eat. The morning of the party, he sent me an email to confirm we were coming and his suggestions for a safe meal (rice and beans sauteed with bell peppers, chicken cutlet w/ no egg, and a mixed fruit salad). I emailed him back that just rice and beans and the fruit salad would be fine, because she doesn't eat chicken. He emailed me back, concerned that rice and beans and a fruit salad wouldn't be enough, but I assured him it would be fine because she's only 7 and has anxiety over trying new foods at restaurants (understandably), so sticking with rice and beans and fruit salad, which she's comfortable with, would be perfect. At the event, Joseph told my relative that he wanted to talk to us, and when we arrived, he came to introduce himself, told me that he was making sure everything was prepared separately and would be ready for her shortly. Absolutely fantastic service. We truly, truly appreciated all his care and effort, because that's sadly not the norm most of the time when we try to eat out. He was very knowledgeable about the ingredients, especially since we had some allergies at the table. The food was spectacular! The strawberry salad was a delicious and fresh way to start my decadent courses. The salmon was divine, accompanied by a heavenly risotto. I know how challenging it is to make a good risotto, and they absolutely nailed it. The chocolate flourless Nutella cake was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. “Dinner was excellent! Extensive menu. Ordered from the pasta section of the menu gnocchi a la vodka with melted mozzarella on top. It was delicious. There was an unprinted kids menu that included good items like spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, chicken fingers with fries, pizza, etc on the night we went. Chose the spaghetti and meatballs and it came with a large bowl of spaghetti and two giant meatballs. My portion was huge too. They were all about service. Very friendly and attentive team members. The restaurant was very busy, but the food came out relatively quickly and very hot.

The only reason I gave the atmosphere four rather than five star rating is because the front door area was so crowded and congested when we arrived that we couldn't get through the dense and unorganized crowd to figure out where the hosts and hostesses were to request a table. We had never been there before so we had no idea if that was a line for a table or takeout. Appears the front door has a take out order counter or area there. There was a back side door that we ended up using and found some hosts in the middle of the restaurant to ask for a table. To our pleasant surprise there was table readily available for us on the patio!“

“Breakfast is our favorite meal and we eat out every morning. Due to an early morning doctor appointment, we bumped into Buttermilk’s Kitchen. Great vibe as soon as you walk in….friendly and cheerful staff, nice decor, immediate service. I had the “The ‘Ol Barnyard”…..the sausage gravy was excellent with big chunks of sausage and super flavorful…..probably the best I’ve had here in NY and most of the South!!! The bacon was high quality and very tasty. My perfect over easy eggs were so fresh (yes, I can taste the freshness and quality just by having a bite of the whites!). My husband had a “Create Your Own Omelette” and declared that is was a “work of art” (I was offended because I make a darn good omelette and he never said that to me!) We were concerned about the “hash browns” because that usually means just cubed and fried potatoes, so we were very pleasantly surprised at the delicious shredded and seasoned, crispy but soft hash browns. Our regular coffee was good and hot, and they offer several “craft” coffee options. The Banana Foster French toast looked delectable! The lunch menu looks good, as well. We’ll definitely be back.“

I lived in Manhattan for 20 years and never experienced such authenticity as Red Tiger Their crabmeat and pork soup dumplings are the best thing on the menu.
