“As a former executive chef, and hospitality professional I’ve learned to manage expectations in fast casual restaurants. Well, to my surprise, Burger Village exceeded all expectations . Arriving for a movie 90 minutes early gave us time to find a place to eat. I had reviewed the few options and Burger Villages natural menu seemed like a great choice. We were greeted (by one of the owners) and promptly met with a smiling server. Drinks, yes. Natural coke, iced tea. Then dinner. One turkey burger with sweet potato fries and one specialty burger with their house sauce and my favorite waffle fries. Both arrived hot and the burger juicy. Both cooked exactly as requested. My medium rare was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t anticipate the “heat” or spice of the sauce. Pria, the owner asked if everything was okay. This was a good sign. I mentioned the heat and she insisted on remaking the burger without the sauce asap. She said - “I want you to have a great experience “ wow - in all my years of coaching hospitality professionals I rarely saw this level of care and concern flow so organically. “We're a picky family when it comes to Pizza. Thin crust is important and the sauce should not be boring. We got a Neapolitan Pie yesterday and it was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend their pizza“

Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

“Khalil helped us during our visit two days ago.

This location of Shake Shack was clean, service was quick and attentive. We had a gift card and could nit use the kiosk so Khalil helped us complete the order with the gift card. Once the food was ready he even delivered it to our table. A few mins late my mother dropped her iced tea. We told Khalil so no one would get hurt, and almost immediately he provided us with another tea and took the mop out to wipe it all up. Excellent attentive service.

The burgers were delish. I haven't had Shake Shack in a while and we ordered just a regular cheeseburger with lettuce and pickles - so good!!! We also ordered the special fries with cheese and caramelized onions which were also very good.

“5 Star solely based on comparison with all other BK’s in Long Island. This Jericho location is CLEAN, well maintained and staff actually ask you “is there anything else you need” which is something alien in fast food industry especially NY.

I have send a review for the restaurant Greekville. The name says it all. Nice to know there is a great spot to get Greek take out , and this is one of the best. The food is fresh and delicious and they give you large portions , From the chicken gyro to the spanakopita ( spinach pie). The soups lentil and chicken lemon (avgolemono )are good as well .“

Some people in my office said they couldn't find the place with the ping on the Google Maps, if you drive past the Shell and Wells Fargo it'll be at the bend on the left hand side on Glenville Rd. “They knocked down the Wendy's that was here for decades and built a new modern-looking building that is smaller and taller. They added a long desired for drive-thru. Inside is smaller now but who eats inside at Wendy's anyway. It's a million times nicer than it used to be. Seems like is closes earlier now but otherwise good.“

This can't be an easy job, nor exciting or very rewarding.

The new redesign is very poorly done, only 1 register now and I haven't seen how it is during lunch hour but I'm not sure if it's trying to force people to use the app or what but the whole left side is just a wall now.
