So grab your breakfast and your lunch before you head to the train! (Tip- they offer for a free soda with the lunch special). “Good service, but that's not the reason this place rates top of the charts - this is;When you get a chance to sample or even eat something that the kitchen didn't expect you to get, and that item is fantastic - it speaks volumes to the capability of the kitchen to deliver tasty fresh creative and delicious food as in the case of Henrys. I had the penne in tomato sauce, which was the best homemade pasta sauce I've had in decades. Fresh cilantro, fresh onion, and a low viscosity that isn't oily which is nice. Mwah!“

Breakfast sandwiches are the best in Northern Westchester. The eating area is really more of a take-out waiting room; a little dated on the decor. But quality/value for money… this place is fantastic.“

“To begin with the staff at the Rosehill Deli are brilliant so friendly and courteous. We have had many breakfasts and lunches to go and have never been disappointed.. The staff is polite but when some leaves the door open it can get to hot or cold so of course they need to say something we were not raised in a barn door. My fiancé has tried the Boss and the How You Doin. The Boss is messy with the vodka sauce, not a good driving/picnic sandwich lol but tasty. Can’t go wrong with How You Doin.

“I am a big fan of A&S and have been a customer for the past 40 years. While I lived in Pleasantville for many of those years, I no longer live locally. I make an extra effort to pass them on my way down from Hartford, CT to NY. That said, I had an experience today that makes me wonder, so BEWARE. I went in to buy fresh mozzarella and picked up a few of their delicatessen items. a few got weighed on the scale that I could not see, the last one on a scale I could see. Before putting the plastic container on the scale, the scale read 0 instead of minus something to address the weight of the container. They were effectively charging me $18.99 a pound for the plastic container. I called them out on it and to their credit they deducted $2.00 from my bill. I found this disappointing and will make sure to watch the scale in the future.“

In terms of price I’m not sure why people are complaining, everywhere is dealing with inflation. Prices will never be what they were 5 years ago. There was little to no beef in it, I called and spoke to Miguel who apologized and offered to prepare another soup on the house the next time I came in. That's great service, and they will have repeat business from me because of it!“

“We go to the location in Queensbury, New York for the gluten free sandwiches very often. We drive from 45 minutes away just to get the sandwiches so I think that says a lot! Nice staff, great store hours (open late). The area really needed a 24 hour store. It’s doing a lot for the community!“
