Perfect portion and flavor not too bulky unlike other delis that put so much stuff in the sandwich you’d be overwhelmed. I pretty much ate all in one sitting. I have very sharp ears for some reason I heard him say something after I ordered I forgot to ask to toast the roll. So I saw him put the entire bread with mayonnaise lettuce and tomato on the grill. The guy looked a little grumpy or just his normal demeanor who knows I’ve never been there before lol. Sandwich roll price $9.75 plus tax came out $10.30.“

“Great little store with everything you need. Fantastic assortment of spices, preserves, picked veggies, candy and so much more. They have daily fresh hot foods and cold salads. Anytime I buy olivye salad it’s always fresh! Delicious and you don’t have to spend all this time to cut it yourself at home. They have great variety of kielbasas and other cold deli meats. Anytime I ask for recommendation or buyers feedback they always recommend good stuff. My favorite store!“

“Always always fantastic! Agree with early reviewer who commented, “Don’t be fooled by “deli” in the name. This is seriously good cuisine.” Since day 1, consistently the best quality take-out in the area. Menu is much broader than suggested by the name. No reason to go anywhere else for a sandwich (any type), taco, entrée, or any other food to get on the run. Every item is homemade including the desserts and frozen treats. Fabulously warm and helpful staff. And remember, there’s parking in the back. (No seating or tables.)“

“This is a great place to eat. It was slow so I sat by the window hoping business would pick and it did. A middle-aged couple came in with a puzzled look on their face, as though they were desperate for something to do.
The menu is large and in charge but I judge each deli by one dish and one dish alone, the chicken parm wedge. Is the bread fresh, is the chicken crispy, is the sauce homemade etc.? Sometimes a spot is constrained by its ability to both deliver and keep the price down; Summer Street Deli somehow figured this out. I ordered a Pedro Special and a Chicken Parm Wedge and spent $25 with tip. Not bad. The chicken parm was crispy, the sauce was sweet and the motz was tangy. The chili was also delicious with a touch of spice but not to little which infuriates me. I like a hot chili. Like a diet Merrit Canteen chili flavor, very good though.

But over all I like this little spot with lots of dining space that is roomy but maintains a classic feel without all this pretentious so called atmosphere that doesn’t require it’s presence in a neighborhood spot such as this. Definitely worth a look but don’t take your date here unless your married, it’s not that kind of place bro ;).“

“To begin with the staff at the Rosehill Deli are brilliant so friendly and courteous. We have had many breakfasts and lunches to go and have never been disappointed.. For the first time ever I decided that life was way too crazy and I couldn’t handle the whole thanksgiving dinner so I ordered from the Rosehill Deli Turkey, stuffing, gravy and more and was absolutely delighted and as expected the food was fabulous �we would recommend this to everyone ... so happy to have them so close to home . In terms of price I’m not sure why people are complaining, everywhere is dealing with inflation. Prices will never be what they were 5 years ago. “I have always driven up Hope Street and gone past this deli. Well, this week I finally stopped in. I ordered a chicken cutlet (My go-to deli sandwich) on a wedge with cheese, tomatoes and ketchup and mayo. First things first: they made a QUALITY QUALITY sandwich. The cutlet has a nice crisp to it, and was not dry but juicy. The breading was not overwhelming but just right. The cheese, bacon , tomato all meshed well. Nothing was too loose or too messy. Second the customer service was great. A great atmosphere to walk into. Its always nice when you are greeted by a smile, conversation and to see that person behind the counter is actually enjoying themselves.I went back again to try out their meatball parm. On. The. Money. The meatballs are fresh and REAL. I initially spoke with Chris and Edwin, who were both incredibly professional and polite. As a first-time party planner, I had a lot of questions, but they took their time to guide me through the process and made everything so easy.

The food selection was excellent, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious everything was. Pat’s Deli also provided two servers—a young lady and a gentleman—who were simply amazing. They helped with everything from setting up the food to serving, making the entire event so much easier to manage. Having those extra hands allowed me to relax and enjoy the party.
