My husband sandwich we complained about and the kid just shrugged his shoulders then finally got the manager cause I wasn’t leaving. That was the first time that something wasn’t good. Liked that you have a lot of choices of food from beef, turkey, chicken and the sides too. Love the curly fries.“

“My Wife and I saw this place while shopping at the Roosevelt Field Mall and never had it, so we decided to try. The server was very nice to us and gave us some suggestions and what was popular. We got the Works and Bacon Double chesse hot dogs and the pull pork poutine fries. The food was very delicious. We will definitely come back again for there food. Great job.“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). I like that they have now changed to thicker French Fries. Huge difference than the thinner fries.

Only item I found and maybe it was just tonight was the serving of the chicken breast was a little skimpy compared to the other times I have ordered.“

“Have ordered many times from Ole’s. The food is delicious and service friendly and warm. Today, decided to eat in so we could try the nachos crispy and warm in the store. They were amazing!!! The other items were also great, my kids loved all of it. At the end, we had a chance to meet one of the owners, Manny. He was very friendly and warm, chatted with my boys and then surprised them with a warm churro. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back even more frequently now. Yum yum yum.“

“I visit this Wendy’s location and it’s usually in the drive thru. However, the line was long so we decided to go inside. I met two young ladies behind the counter and the look on their faces screamed frustration. I waited until the customer completed his order. The cash was toggling between the register and the order screen to packing orders. I walked up and gently said to both young ladies to breathe and to smile. The food they’re serving will taste like their mood. I understand but it will be ok just breathe and smile 😊 service with a smile. And stop saying I’m sorry… instead replace it with thank you for your patience how can I help you… or thank you for your patience here’s your order. And remember to smile it will be ok… my thing is where was the manager. Came to understand that one girl it was her first day and the other was still new. I commend them for their job well done and I felt the shift in their energy after our brief chat. I do wish these young ladies the best of luck and always keep your chin up. 🤩🤩“

“#1 most important thing for me is cleanliness if i dont see them using gloves or if they operate the register then serve you the food thats a big no no for me. But none of that was going on they are clean! They have lime and steak, pretty good little spicy. I get the cilantro rice in a bowl 🥣 with toppings extra cilantro steak and some chicken. You know I need me some protein. Children meal includes juicy box and 2 adult bowls like 30 bucks split the boll and you have an awesome deal, lol. Lines are short but when it gets busy it moves fast. Can't tell you the condition of the bathrooms, though never had to use them. You can dine outside they play music . It's safe area and when your done you can hit up Starbucks, it works out. Good management I'm sure.“

This is a fast food place that makes Tacos n stuff alike and I think it's exactly what I would expect from them. They helped me with my order, giving me the choice of Kiosk or Cashier, my food came out in minutes, we dined in and the seating area was clean. “Mcdonald's in my opinion has made a huge mistake. The sunrise highway Rockville Centre location has totally changed. They closed for weeks to do a total renovation. It was not for the better. They took a very comfortable atmosphere that was pleasant to sit in and made an austere ,cold, miserable place. As per Mcdonald's new policy the drink fountain is gone. Very poor corporate choice. Food is the same . Front counter was changed so when entering in early morning you are blinded by the sun. The menu board was changed and is extremely hard to read especially with the sun. They closed off the kitchen. Very unusual. What are they hiding? Handicap parking is available. I drive from two away to use this Mcdonald's. It was always my favorite. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Now I don't need to make the effort to use just this Mcdonald's. Whoever did the design needs to go back to design school. Again they should have left what was not broken untouched. Poor choice Mcdonald's.“

“I just had the best fast food experience at this McDonald’s. Came for lunch with my father and my son and the service we received was top-notch. This location is always kept very clean and that was true today as well, but the reason I write this review is because of the service today. Several members of the team, including management, went way out of their way to give us an exceptional experience and to make my son extremely happy with his happy meal toy. I wish I knew their names but we were there at about 1 o’clock on May 8th So the managers who were on duty at that time are the ones who deserve this recognition. Thank you very much from me and my son!“

i’ve been to this location three different times & it’s always good!
they only messed up my order once & i did order 20 min before close. the food is fire, the range of options is so good, the fried dumplings actually kinda good! for spicy lovers the hot cheeto kdog is the way to go.
the food does take abt 10-15min to make once you order, but that’s because they make it when you arrive.“
