“Season's 52 at Roosevelt Field is an excellent restaurant. They have a variety of "gluten-sensitive" offerings. The flatbread starters are distinctive--at least for a person with an allergy to gluten. The ambience is generally fine. I generally prefer very quiet restaurants. Indeed, I would prefer a room for only my party. However, I am able to hear other people in a party of four with little difficulty in the this restaurant.“

“Wow! I must have sounded like a broken record last night, as I repeatedly said wow and for all the right reasons. From start to finish, this place was top notch! I had the pork chop and the first bite was all I needed to know I’d be back. It was outrageously good. Great food is one thing but the vibe, atmosphere and outstanding service is what makes this place worthy of a visit! I highly recommend this place for all of the above reasons but also bc the owner is a really great stand up guy who made it a point to touch tables and pours amazing cocktails!! I will be back!!!“

“My wife and I met a friend for lunch. We had made a reservation. The food is always great. My wife had the shrimp tacos, I had the duck tacos and our friend had the cauliflower soup and the beef salad. We always enjoy our meals eating at the West End Cafe. We would not hesitate to recommend it for weekend nights. You necessarily need a reservation.“

“Harley's American Grille Restaurant in Farmingdale is great place for Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. The place has been redone with a really nice decor. Menu is not extensive but offers a lot of great options. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the Wild Mushroom Ravioli.- both were delicious. They offer a Wine List. The service was awesome and Jesse our server was just amazing. Parking is hard in the Village but there are large metered parking lots behind all the stores.“

“We are “regular” diners at Thyme. Thyme is definitely one of our favorite local restaurants. The food is delicious and Thyme is a very popular and excellent local restaurant. Actually, we often eat the same kind of food most of the time. The food is fresh and prepared perfectly. We often meet friends at Thyme as it is easy to talk and have conversations before and during our meals. I definitely recommend Thyme for the delicious food and as a welcoming restaurant.“

“I'm fortunate that one of the best Chinese-American restaurants in the 3 Villages area (Amityville, Copiague, and Lindenhurst) is only a block away from my apartment. I have yet to order delivery or take out, simply because I love sitting at the bar with my girlfriend. The food is DELICIOUS, the portions are LARGE, and the staff is always super, super friendly. “Great place to hang out at onna Friday night .. 2 for 1 domestic beers ... bartenders could have payed attention to us customers alittle more. Liz is the best and was t there when I was there but these young kids bartenders needs to pay attention the older customers who will tip better if they are given better service . We have the jobs that allow us to tip better then these young kids.“

The waitress assigned to our table took a long time to bring us a dessert menu, and after we asked another server, he told us they only had one option for dessert - couldn't our waitress have told us that, instead of telling us that she would get a dessert menu - that didn't even exist!? Then there was an even longer span of time getting our check to us. Perhaps these servers are tasked with more than they can handle, but when people dine out, there is an expectation of good, courteous, prompt service. I do not blame the wait staff, as they are just young people trying to earn some extra cash. The fault is with leadership being short sighted with the insufficient staff numbers, especially on a busy night. Come out - talk to the patrons, explain the wait, offer a discount if needed... Anything to prevent a negative review! Food was great - no issues there, but the taste did not erase the feeling about the poor service. I would come back, but please do better.“

“My family and I had brunch yesterday and the food was great. The experience great and the atmosphere was inviting. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were delicious. I always enjoy eating at Imperial.
