“Guppy’s is our “go-to restaurant.” When someone visits from out of town, we take them to Guppy’s. When I want a Friday fish fry, Guppy’s has the best. Look out for weekday specials! Steamed mussels in butter and garlic for two with a side of fries is awesome. My wife always finds delicious gluten free selections and the chefs are always accommodating. Did I mention the great drinks and beer selection? Gondola seating is fun (a couple of times) and there is patio seating as well as indoors for when the snowmobiles are in use - lol. Highly recommended!

Dietary restrictions: Good choices for celiacs and accommodating chefs.

Parking: Large parking area behind the restaurant. Even that can get full during tourist season but you can park along side road.“

“We've been coming to Pace's Pizza for many years. It has always been great, but since new ownership has taken over, it is even better! Great staff, owner (Joe) always stops by the table, and the Pizza is by far the best around. We are summer residents and drive in from Mayville many times each summer, as Pace's is a family favorite for all of our visitors. I highly recommend you give it a try!“

“First time trying this establishment. We ordered the 2 pizza, and 50 wing special. We ordered extra so to have for the playoff games today as it happens to be our only day off.. well I do healthcare so do have to work a couple of hours.. but anyway.. The wings and service were both excellent… as for the pizza it looked great but will have to wait for my son’s family to attest for the human taste buds because we also bought enough to share with his family - I CAN say tho that my dogs thought the pizza scrumptious as they pulled ours off our back table overnight and devoured the entire thing. “Absolutely outstanding food. Everything was fresh and came out rather quickly. We ordered the warm asiago bread, salmon and steak. We sat at the bar, and although the bartender was rather busy she was still really attentive and friendly to us. The atmosphere was very cute. The one thing I would say is to make a reservation because seating is limited!“

“We were at our vacation rental on the Chautauqua Lake and we're looking for somewhere to grab a bite, and Group Ther-Happy was recommended, and it did not disappoint.

Let me start with the service, it was great. Shaq was quick, whitty and made the experience there that much better.

The food was good. The cheese and pepperoni pizza was loaded with cheese (way above average anywhere else), so it is filling. Quality cup and char pepperoni too! The Fungi pizza was good, but seemed a little lean on the mushrooms. The burger was reported to be tasty, although if you opt for the beer cheese, it can be on the heavy side. But you can always pull some off.

They do have anb patio, nice bar area and TV's to follow sports etc. A spot we'd recommend if you are in the Lakewood area.

Bonus. The women in our group found the Expresso martinis to be above average. They also enjoyed the sign for the bathrooms. In the pics...“

“People in Olean want a Wegmans, but Olean apparently can’t even sustain a Park n Shop anymore as of the past year. So we just go on over to Jamestown to go to Wegmans. There are several different Wegmans to go to in this particular federal probation district so I will inform the rest of my fellow undercover agents where to find potential probation violators if they go to a Wegmans outside their probation region.“
