“In town for a short visit and went here for breakfast. The exterior is dated but don't let that dissuade you! This place is excellent ! The hash browns with onions, raisin bread AND raisin bread French toast were particularly excellent. The bread is all homemade and so rare to find now at a restaurant - it is so amazing. Service is fast and friendly! Wide variety of breakfast and lunch options and some specials. Definitely worthy of the 4.6 rating. Atmosphere is local and decor is casual and aged but who cares if it's delicious, friendly, neighborly and a good value?!“

“We recently adopted sweet Zsa Zsa from the Lazy Cat Lounge and Cafe. Everytime we walked by the place we have to stop and see all the kitties! I wish we could adopt them all! We had a great experience there! Everyone was so friendly! We found the perfect cat for us!“

“Friendly helpful staff, great assortment of coffee. I only drink decaf and there were at least 10 flavors of whole bean to choose from! They grind it for you or you can bring home to grind. They had bagels and muffins as well as mugs, coffee press etc to purchase. Highly recommend.“

“Been coming here since they opened and it is always a happy, delicious, and fun stop. Their coffee, latte, and espresso game is on point. Variety of breakfast and lunch options. Their soups are delicious, which isn't something I say often when going out to eat (soups are usually made too salty for my taste). Staff and owner are always friendly and are wonderful.I've liked everything I've tried from their menu, which is the majority of their menu, but my go-to is the breakfast burrito.Then they came out with their pulled pork. “The Dalai Java is a GREAT place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee, it’s so relaxing inside and has beautiful decor. Personally I really enjoy the nutella frappe and their breakfast sandwich, it’s my go-to everytime I’m there. The service is amazing, everyone is so nice and makes sure you get your order fairly quickly even when busy. I totally recommend Dalai Java!!“

“We were traveling on Interstate 90 and checking the internet for a lunch spot. Found Main St. Cafe 10-15 minutes off the freeway. WORTH IT! We got two hot panini sandwiches, “The Kat” and “The Luna.” Both were thinly shaved steak sandwiches with lots of other good stuff added (especially the melted cheese). Quick service. Definitely worth the short trip off the freeway past the “chain” restaurants.“
