“I love this Dunkin at the DOLLAR TREE PLAZA! It is located close to my grandchild’s daycare so after I drop him off I sometimes treat myself to their deliciously-made lattes. The Dollar Tree is an added place for “Grandma decompression” with lots of crafts items and school/office supplies also.

“After this incident, they really took ownership The owner/manager personally called me and corrected the mistake and was very courteous. Even offered to make me another cake for free. I will be going back again to the store and recommend it to other people as well.

I had ordered a cake from this bakery and needed a gluten free item as well on the side . When I called to order they had confirmed that they always have gluten free cookies available, but when I got there this morning, I was told they were out . Also the person who packed the cake, just closed the box with a tiniest pieces of tape, no string etc. even though I had seen her pack another lady boxes with tones of string . Needless to say by the time I got to my place, the box was all open making it difficult to carry. When asked for a bag, I was told the box is not going to fit in any of the bags. There was absolutely zero effort for a good customer service. Never ordering anything from them again.“

“This Tim Hortons is in a gas station. This is the first time there and we ordered a ham and swiss on cibata, and a turkey bacon Cesar on toasted cibata. Was really surprised on the size of the sandwiches and the prices. Good size and great price. The only thing was we were asked if we wanted a combo meal or just the sandwich. When we said combo we were told there isn't a combo. We sat there scratching our head as the three workers discussed if they had combo meals. Will definitely go back for the sandwich so much better than Dunkin!!“

“Love to stop in here for an iced coffee, cream extra light with sugar free Vanilla or Toasted Almond flavors. I treat myself to a coffee because I really enjoy it, coffee is always fresh and delicious, the service is with a smile and I grab my coffee in under 5 min and I'm back in my car onto my next errand. But the fact that I said wow when I tasted my coffee and wow again when I tasted my sandwich, I felt they deserve a review at this particular location in Sayville. I would be more of a repeat customer if this was the case. I think my mocha latte was decent, but would have like more Expresso and maybe a little for mocha. I also got large coffee and they had no milk in cooler for purchase. I asked for a little extra milk because I like a little extra. She gave me a small amount with a lid. I think she could have sparred a little more considering I spend almost fifty dollars. Maybe I should have asked if I could by a cup of milk, but that would have been the icing on the donut if she would have filled the cup. “I bought from this dunkin donuts Drive thru behind bp gas station. I only noticed after I bit into the sandwich, that they got my order wrong. Coffee wrong too. I drove away I tried to call them To give them feedback and their number is out of service as of today, July 16th 2024.

Parking: This parking lot is smaller and is shared by several different businesses. So beware that on some days and time parking could be cramped.“

“I went in with all intentions of purchasing food but after using the bathroom was quickly leaving the place. There was a dirty toilet and liquid... at the base of same toilet. A worker used it right before me and clearly left it the same way. I will try again but no donut purchase that day.“

After calling the manager at home, that person argued that you had to buy 2 to get the third free. Which was just not correct. Other than the fact that they weren't aware of a national promotion, overall a pleasant visit. And the cashier was very pleasant to talk to!“

“The staff are generally very helpful and accommodating, but beware of the commuters. If you are traveling in to the city please be respectful of the regular commuters and order quickly. Remember these people are on their way to work and your dilly dallying could make them late.
