Our server Lincoln was exceptional- warm, knowledgeable & incredibly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. He made us feel completely taken care of the entire experience.

My husband ordered the Wagyu filet mignon & I had the classic filet- both were insane. Perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and so flavorful we were still talking about them hours later. You could truly taste the quality and care in every bite.

“We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!”

My husband always gets a hamburger of some sort when we normally go out at other places and he always complains because they never get the burger right whether it’s how it’s cooked or what they put on diamond point grill nailed his hamburger 100% we were both very impressed I had the Parmesan crusted haddock which was cooked for perfection and fresh vegetables it was a great experience always around and we will be returning”
