“We tried The Gem tonight and we were not disappointed. Friendly service from start to finish. We chose wings as our appetizer and two draft beers! The wings were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. For our main course, we selected the smoked brisket with potato salad and baked beans as our sides. This was by far the best smoked brisket we have had. We ended the meal with the sticky toffee pudding and vanilla ice cream 😍. Head to The Gem for a great meal!“

“The hotel is the best - 5 out of 5 every time. But this new restaurant bugged me the most mainly b/c I ordered a wedge salad - standard restaurant fare. It was around $15. When it arrived I was shocked. A wedge is usually a half or a quarter of an iceberg head. This was a quarter of a quarter. It was two teeny tiny slivers (not wedges) of iceberg and then piled with all the good stuff. The iceberg is what they skimped on - the iceberg that probably costs 25 cents a head (I'm being generous). I was offended. I love the Sag but c'mon - really? Iceberg????“

“Party of eight tonight, and everyone loved everything from appetizers, to drinks, entrées, and dessert! We came several times last summer and always had excellent service and meals.“

“Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. It was our 1st there. Made a reservation a week earlier. Busy place. Great log cabin look inside. Friendly staff. Our waitress Daniel was great. Good menu. Lots to pick from. It is expensive but the the dishes are of quality.“

“My husband and I loved our experience at the Boathouse! We sat at a table with a great view of the lake. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The building it beautiful and clean. We had cart service bring us from the parking to the door. There was a large selection of craft beers to choose from. I got the lobster roll and it was absolutely delicious. Husband got the ribeye and loved it. We will be back soon!“
