I was so happy we went out of our way to go to Bob's Diner. It was a fantastic breakfast! I had the Irish Benedict and my wife had the Little hangry. Both were delicious and plenty to eat! Thomas the chef was amazing and very friendly. The staff was attentive and quick. If I lived in NY I would make this my local favorite!
This is a beautiful little piece of Americana that is one of the hidden gems of the Hudson Valley. Walk right into the 1950's, have a seat and enjoy some of the most delicious breakfasts and lunches that you have ever had!!! Say hello to Tom, who is perhaps the greatest short order chef in the world!!! What this man can do with simple ingredients is nothing short of miraculous. Classic diner with a real focus on quality. The chef mans the flat top during rush hour - he's unflappable, runs a clean grill and work station, and puts out good looking and tasting food. Staff is excellent - and this place is a gem. Get there soon...
