“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“Stopped by Matter Coffee this morning and it truly mattered. I had the pear sage iced coffee, which was delicious and totally unique. The flavors were interesting and refreshing without being overpowering. The team was super friendly too. When they didn’t have the shirt size I wanted, they told me new swag was on the way. You can tell they care about the coffee and the community. Definitely a must-stop spot in Croton for anyone who wants their morning coffee to really matter. ☕🍐🌿“

I had an excellently crafted cappuccino and decided to try the gluten-free almond cookies (come in a package of 4). For those of you who are gluten-free or gluten sensitive, you know how difficult it is to find that perfectly delicious, made with love, delicacy. These are out of this world and have a full almond taste and are wonderfully chewy. During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. “I stop at this Dunkin whenever I’m in the area. The staff is friendly, they always make my food and drink to my exact liking and keep the line moving when the store gets crowded while maintaining top service. A specific crew member I’d like to shoutout is Darwin. He greets every customer with a smile and does not get overwhelmed when there is a long line and does a great job of multitasking on register, drinks and the food station. As a former Dunkin employee myself, he provides the level of service I would strive to provide if I was still employed there. I would highly recommend this location.“

“Went here for a Bacon Egg and Cheese. After tax with card it was $6 which was disappointing especially considering the lack of egg bacon and cheese compared to bread. The order came out fast and the guy who helped me was nice. It was a good sandwich but there are plenty of other places charging the same price or less for a much fuller sandwich that tastes just as good. I get the economy is bad but I’d rather the base sandwich be another ridiculous dollar more for a reasonable amount of fillings.“

Noticed some people working on their laptops. saw some families. Parking is a little tough and you have to pay metered parking via an app or coins. Once inside it is totally worth it.
