“When it comes to long island vineyards this channing daughters was our favorite experience when visiting from texas. Eric gave us a personalized tour through our flights and was kind enough to explain each and every wine. Explaining the history of the vineyard and the wines. While the wines were delicious the experience here is my favorite part. Very quiet secluded vineyard that will make for an amazing afternoon wine tasting highly recommended to anyone looking for a long island wine tasting. Thank you so much eric for an amazing evening experience!!!“

“We had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary at Croteaux Vineyards! The setting is beautiful and serene, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. We enjoyed the Sparkling Tasting and Still Tasting, and our selections of Merlot 181 and Jolie were exceptional.

The food was fantastic—Provençal Basket and Lobster Roll Sliders were delicious and paired perfectly with the wines. Sitting outside with vineyard views made the experience even more special.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the visit truly memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and high-quality vineyard experience!“

“I absolutely recommend One Woman Wines & Vineyards! My family (two adults, one child) visited in June 2026 and had an incredible experience. (Actually, we enjoyed ourselves so much, we visited twice during our trip!) The first time, we tried a couple of wine flights. We had so many favorites, we walked out with three bottles! The second time, we tried a couple of cocktails, which were equally tasty! But just as impressive as the quality of the drinks was the overall vibe. The space is beautiful and welcoming, and the service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and engaging. “It is one of the best and most upscale wineries on Long Island. The wine selection is very large with some great roses, whites and reds. They also have a very delicious sake cider. The service was also great and the view was beautiful. We are red wine lovers and loved their Cabernet and Franc. Their signature rose is also delicious.“

“Greenport Distilling and Bar is no longer in Greenport. It has recently reopened on the site of One Woman Winery at 5195 Old North Road in Southold. In addition to great cocktails based on their own gin, vodka and bourbon, you can also opt for a variety of One Woman wines.
They are open every day except Tuesday from 11:30AM to 6:00PM. On Fridays, they stay open for Jazz Night from 6:00 to 9:00.
The musicians vary from week to week but they have all been good. What does not vary is the quality of the cocktails, wines and delicious snacks. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The newly renovated barn provides an impressive and comfortable environment to relax and enjoy.“

There was also live music, which added a nice touch, though the placement made it difficult to really hear the performance.

One note is that when we first called, the person who answered came across a bit rude, but once we arrived, the experience was lovely. Overall, it’s a beautiful vineyard and we still had an amazing time.“
