“We had a really reat experience with either the manager or the owner. Super aware and smart, the wine was poured and we thought it would be another Long Island wine disappointment. Instead, we were surprised by 4 amazing Chardonnays, followed by 4 excellent red experiences. We even were poured a Petit Verdot (Hard to make), and a really good Merlot. This was the only winery out of the 9 we went to that knocked it out of the park. We've been to Napa, Sonoma, Paso Robles, Temecula, so our standards a HIGH. This is a good winery.“

“Today me and my bf broke up here and meanwhile we had good time. Sparkling lemonade was surprisingly delicious and rose just good as usual. We arrived there around 3 jn the afternoon, we were quickly set to the table and I felt so delighted to bath in the warm beautiful sunshine. The new tasting room is beautiful and you can tell that years of hard work, love and dedication goes into everything that One Woman produces. The staff are so knowledgeable and accommodating. “It is one of the best and most upscale wineries on Long Island. The wine selection is very large with some great roses, whites and reds. They also have a very delicious sake cider. The service was also great and the view was beautiful. We are red wine lovers and loved their Cabernet and Franc. Their signature rose is also delicious.“

“Greenport Distilling and Bar is no longer in Greenport. It has recently reopened on the site of One Woman Winery at 5195 Old North Road in Southold. In addition to great cocktails based on their own gin, vodka and bourbon, you can also opt for a variety of One Woman wines.
They are open every day except Tuesday from 11:30AM to 6:00PM. On Fridays, they stay open for Jazz Night from 6:00 to 9:00.
The musicians vary from week to week but they have all been good. What does not vary is the quality of the cocktails, wines and delicious snacks. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The newly renovated barn provides an impressive and comfortable environment to relax and enjoy.“
