“I just got back from a trip to NYC and my brother-in-law treated us to dinner from The Halal Guys in Midtown and I knew it would be good since it was the only food cart with a block-long line after midnight. In fact I liked it so much I wanted to see if I could get something similar nearby... and I found it! I got the chicken and lamb over rice combo and while it wasn't quite the same it was still very good. The only difference is it didn't come with the pita bread and the white sauce tasted a bit different, but not bad. It also has more veggies so more "crunch" but next time I'm going to ask to leave them off (I just don't like the crunch...). I'm very happy to have a local option at a good price and generous portions. Thank you Sam's.“

“Catered this weekend - Italian Chicken Cutlet Supreme was awesome. Fresh and delicious. Stuffed cherry peppers were a hit. Salads were amazing but Mediterranean salad was my favorite. “I can’t say enough great things about Fresh To Go Deli. First of all, the owner Ahmad is such a friendly, genuinely nice guy—I really loved our conversations every time I stopped by. I was staying nearby and commuting to Manhattan for work, but I would always come back here for my meals because the food is just that good.

Their sandwiches are awesome! I had the chicken cutlet sandwich twice, the Philly cheesesteak, and even their hot dog—everything was prepared with so much care and love. “I was working locally and decided to grab lunch from Wheeler Deli after reading the reviews. The deli is smaller and quaint but has a large case of Boars Head meats, salads, and desserts. I ordered an American Hero, sides of macaroni salad, and potato salad, and a piece of the banana bread. They got right to making my order and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. My sandwich was fresh, crisp, and delicious. The salads were creamy and had great flavor. The banana bread was outstanding; dense and sweet and flavorful. The total for food and a drink was less than $25 which was a great value. I’ll be back.“

“Best deli and corner store in the entire city! Insider pro tip: they have awesome Indian food! They always overfill your plate and the prices are very reasonable so it is an incredible value. The curry chicken and curry goat both taste just like home. They also have Dal and Saag. I could not get enough. And unlike every other deli, they have a small intimate dining area in the back.
