She gets busy because she’s a one woman army but her food is amazing! Trust me it’s worth it! Just listen to her rules and you’ll have a great experience!“

“Owner took us in as they were closing up as I arrived with two kids who wanted ice cream. He was super kind and offered great customer service tonight. We appreciate you.“

“We came here on a Friday night, party of 8 (4 adults and 4 young kids) at 8pm. We were quickly seated and the server was a tad slow to come back but once she did everything picked up perfectly after that. We were served with complimentary chips and salsa to start. Do yourself a favor and get the queso and guacamole too. SO GOOD. The entrees came out pretty fast after that. I got the quesabirria tacos. Oh my god, so good!! That was my first time ever getting that. My 4 year old son was way hungrier than we thought and ordered a child's taco platter, then wanted another taco, finished that and wanted another one. The server was SO quick with getting his food and replenishing drinks. We had such a good time and everyone loved their food. We live in North Chili and I'm so glad we finally came here! 10/10 Will absolutely be back.“

“Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.“

“Visiting from out of town, looking for a place to spend my retirement years. An Asian restaurant was on my hopeful checklist of needs and I wasn't disappointed. The General Tso's was wonderful with just enough heat and lots of flavor. Also flavorful was the chicken with vegetables - another one of my go-to's. The portions were generous and pricing fair and reasonable in these times. I placed my order online and by the time I drove there from the hotel, it was ready. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.“

“Have ordered here many times but only ordered pizza so I can't speak on anything of the other food. But pizza have been spot on 99%of the time, one time it was kinda greazy and bland but that was only one time. Every other time it's been great, and as of right now this is my go to Pizzeria.
