Wow, Wow, Wow. Several weeks ago we visited the Nickel Plate for the first time on a Sunday for dinner with friends. The young man who acted as bartender and server was most hospitable and did a superb job. Food was great and the prices are very reasonable. The wings are so great , the price is good, especially on Wednesdays when the wings are 50cents. The fries are good. I will have to take a picture next time . The waitress named Johnnie , she is wonderful, very hard working and tries to talk to her customers . The restaurant has been updates , clean , friendly people . Everything was excellent. Food was great, so was service. Right close along rr tracks, trains come thru fast. Can't wait to come here again and get a patio seat. Train Action!!
