Nickel Plate Depot Bar • $$
131 Central Ave, Brocton

“Wow, Wow, Wow. Several weeks ago we visited the Nickel Plate for the first time on a Sunday for dinner with friends. The young man who acted as bartender and server was most hospitable and did a superb job. Food was great and the prices are very reasonable. The place is laid back and very close to the railroad tracks so train lovers will get a thrill. Our second visit was this past Monday which happened to be "open mike night" starting at 7. The food again was excellent and the musical talent was great. You really need to put this hidden jem on your bucket list. By the way we hear that Wednesdays are 50 cent wing night and they are reported to be very good. Also on Mondays they had $5.99 4 ounce burger or roast beef on wick for the same price.“

Downtown Brew - Craft Beer Shop & Bar Bar •
13 Water St, Fredonia

“We had a great and fun visit here: 5 of us on a Friday afternoon.... A couple of us got the flight, which was a great deal, and we got several cans for consumption there and to go. We got a table and sat in the back for a long time and played some table games. We will be back the next time we're in town!“

“We entered into a beautiful boutique restaurant with white tablecloths and a bar surrounded by happy patrons. The bar menu is amazing. Many martini selections and more! The best meatballs and charcuterie in the region. Homemade by the owner. Decadent chocolate layer cake with raspberry glacé finishe the fabulous bar experience. This all happened in a gorgeous renovated structure built in 1843! Do not miss this amazing experience dosed with local art for sale!“

Tap Room & Grill Bar • $
43 E Main St #1303, Westfield

“Great small town bar, if your anywhere in the area pay them a visit. The bartender will remember your name and drink even if its 6 months since you have been there. I travel through the area for work every few months and always make a point to stop in for an ice cold beer or drink. Great customers, lots of local sports memorabilia to check out. TVs for the game and of course great conversation. Highly recommend this long standing establishment!“

Dunkirk Boardwalk Market Bars • $$
8-22 Central Ave, Dunkirk

“Beautiful Day trip locale! There are several lil eateries and shops with local art or Bill's gear. The view is gorgeous and even though parking is limited, we found a spot easily. We had an energy fruit drink at the bakery which we loved, got the mini donuts too they were tasty but a little tough. Also tried the pizza which was really good, except the sauce is sweet, but the crust was delightful and the slices are huuuuggggge. The souvenir shops were absolutely wonderful and both owners were extremely kind and friendly. Finally, we got a couple frozen drinks from the Irish pub, very cool hangout with a unique fun vibe and decor. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will absolutely be back for a mini day vacay!“

BJ's

BJ's Bar • $
51 W Main St, Fredonia

“You kinda gotta have a certain taste for music and atmosphere. However, it has the nicest staff and most welcoming regulars. The food is just genuinely good and the drinks are not skimpy by any definition. Rather be here than most bars in WNY.“

Coughlan's Pub Bar • $$
47 W Main St, Fredonia

“Coughlans is definitely the sports bar/tavern for those who wish to sit down and watch a game with friends or even family. It's a comfortably small bar with extremely friendly bartenders and frequent visitors. Drinks are at a good price and they even offer popcorn in the corner for those who may need a little snack in between their sips of beer.. You'll typically find mostly older locals here and some college students on the weekends.“
