This location has the worst customer service. They are they don't post prices for there cakes and ice cream and I bought a coffee on 11/6 and they wanted to charge me 25 cents for whip cream. They are robbing there customers blind
I don't drink too much coffee but it's nice to know there is a Dunkin near by and walking distance from me. The best part is this is also a baskin robins! Yaaaay for ice cream! I absolutely love baskin robins ice cream cakes. Stopped here to pick up a cake for Mother's Day and it was very fresh and delicious. It was an Oreo cake. (Chocolate cake. I can't put zero stars in for these clowns, but I certainly would if it were feasible. An issue arising out of a minimal variance (less than $.05) between their outrageous cost for a bagel and coffee and what I had available in cash resulted in my having the dip-shit behind the counter keep a full seven dollars which I handed him (which, by the way, was about $1.20 more than what I paid just 2 weeks ago.....two weeks....) and, surrendering my expectation of anything in exchange...read full review
