Just so you all know, Baskin Robbins is having a deal where you can bring a coupon for a free regular scoop and this location is participating in the deal on the app. However the owner chose not honor that deal just to so he could be stingy ? If this establishment closes at 10 p.m. every day, why is the staff refusing to serve ice cream at 8 (really 7:40) ? Is that not why there is a Baskin Robbins You still have 2 hours til closing!!! The gentleman who worked tonight (Tuesday, Oct 24 @7:40) has 0 respect for his job, let alone have any customer service etiquette.
