My mother usually goes to this place on her break from work to purchase a milkshake on a regular basis. Apparently they do not want to make milkshakes anymore because they told my her that they don’t start making milkshakes until 2pm without any explanation!!! She has dental issues and looks forward to these shakes for her daily bulk intake. It’s just sad that they couldn’t even provide an explanation!!!
I've encountered repeated issues with service. Whenever I present a coupon, either the scanner or the system fails. Additionally, when I place a pick-up order through the app, the staff treats it as if I'm getting it for free. When I expressed my concerns about the lack of customer service, the staff laughed it off. This behavior is quite frustrating and unprofessional.

they closed the store at 9:10pm when it says that it’s open until 10pm this is ridiculous
