Every time I order from this place using one of the delivery apps, they screw up my order, can't ever seem to get it right; they just send whatever they feel like. I have yet to receive a delivery the way I requested and paid for. I paid for three scoops of ice cream; they sent two. I ordered two scoops of Strawberry Cheesecake and one scoop of Chocolate Chip; they sent three scoops of Chocolate Chip. If I could give them 100 starts I would because they are always nice and they work with you. everyone that is working there now there are always so sweet and helpful. I always get my ice cream from them every two or three times in a week. My daughters love it there, My girls feel like a part of the Baskin Robbins family. Most of all they feel safe.. So please give them your support and show your love...

I placed an order for a birthday cake a week ahead of the pick up time. Yet when I came, not only did the employees not know what was going on and take 5 mins to ask me my name for the order. But also I received a completely wrong cake. They gave a cake from the fridge! No happy birthday blue writing like I had asked for and ordered! And I ordered an Oreo cookie cake….
