This Concourse Village Häagen-Dazs- not far off from Hostos, was a savior after we wrapped up with early Saturday dinner in Flushing. Quite honestly, it's been eons since I've been in this area so it was a surprise(?) to know Häagen D. is a fixture in these South Bronx parts. There are large Häagen-Ds around and then there are small ones. This, is microscopic. The type where you're forced to walk sideways and dodge bumping into people while also avoiding anybody's air. I just got me Brownie a la Mode a first time I ever had it and to me it is super delicious. The man that took my order I believe he was Indian was nice and very informative. I recommend the Brownie a la mode to those who love and enjoy delicious Brownie ice cream.
