“Very clean location located steps away from the 149th 2/5 train and 19 bus. It's a small location with stand alone eating by the window. Service was quick and efficient and staff were nice. Food was made fresh and my son loved their French fries. Will def be back to this location“

“I’ve been ordering from Jimbo’s for years and they NEVER disappoint. It’s NYC diner food at its best. The breakfast is unmatched. I usually get eggs over easy with home fries and pancakes. “Usually do weekly food orders from jumbos for breakfast/brunch, the food is always delivered hot and is delicious however they have their own version of “tater tots” they serve that are more akin to an order of home fries or hash browns.
a clearer picture on the menu or just naming them something like “Jimbo tots” would help clear confusion and save customers the $4.50“

“Compared to other fried chicken joints this one is pretty good. The chicken was fried to perfection with the right amount of crispiness. It also warms up well. At first I didn't like the biscuits but they also warmed up well and tasted much better ths next day. They were moist and buttery. The corn in the cob was juicy. The beef patties were not good. They tasted like they were deep fried and old. Guess that's why a beef patty should not be ordered from a fried chicken fast food chain. Overall, the food and service were good.“

Workers are usually nice except one lady refused to give me the sauce that comes with that new triangle shaped fried dipper item. Its literally advertised with dipping sauce, she said i had to pay. Also Alot of homeless enter that location as well“

“have been to all long island restaurants,and bronx locations. doherty enterprises is by far a great one. for some reson the hutch riv pkwy is far and above the best .think the gm s name is chris and he should be commended for training his staff. i have never had a server that wasnt excellent, always a smile and a welcome, must be due to his training or overview. bronx has slightly higher prices like app plate with samplers is 20. in long island but 25 in the bronx. in bronx everything is hot and freshly cooked in farmingville l it usually doesn t come out hot or barely warm so i d rather pay 25 in the bronx. Mgr Destiny at hutch riv pkwy always looks out for me and mom who is 97 yrs old. So i go to bronx location every time i can usually atleast once a week. in s carolina and florida i and new jersey near atlantic city was not as happy as in new york as they do not offer deals and never heard of golden app which is a discount for seniors,.. I am also a senior citizen so good prices and good food is important. I know good quality and services and let fridays know years ago that things were bad and bronx locations and long island are gone, mainly would wait 15 minutes atfridays to order a drink without ice and would get a drink with ice another 15 minutes later. “The manager was super helpful. I was trying to order from the app, but it wouldn't let me pay. She tried to help with that, taking her time to assist us. She took our order and even gave us a large milkshake even though we only ordered a medium. The restaurant was clean, and the rest of the staff were helpful. She was a good manager; while we waited for our order, she was teaching her staff how to cook the new menu items in a nice, polite way.“
