Wonderful food and servers. Atmosphere is 3 because I always go when it's empty. It's cute and welcoming. I just never experienced a full dining room

The tables wipe down an clean very clean & the restrooms very clean & smelling great . I would return here again. I had breakfast an was delicious an not burnt an freshly made.
