Very poor service, I ordered one pernil (pork) cachapa and they sent me a chicken cachapa, with not cheese, not dressing and a little burned. I also ordered two empanadas (sweet plantain with cheese and smoked pork with cheese) the last one they sent it wrong (sending one empanada with only cheese) I hate give bad reviews but with this kind of service I have to do it. HOPE THE OWNER CAN READ THIS AND TALK TO THE EMPLOYEES MAYBE THEY CAN GIVE A BETTER SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.
Food is good but delivery service is wrong I asked for natural juice then sent me lemon juice asked for carne with maduro then sent me pollo con maduro like I said food is ok good but you gotta try your best on delivery I live a block away from the store got delivery after two hours

The place is very homey, it's a really pleasant place. The service is quick and they are very kind as well. And the food they have is so good, I highly recommend their sandwiches and empanadas as the veggies are fresh and the smoothies are so good. I was nervous initially when trying the first time, but I highly recommend this place now.
