I made my order online on Ubereats at 9.50am this Sunday morning and despite 2 delivery guys accepting the job and waiting almost half an hour each at the outlet, the order was only processed over an hour and a half later. I had to lodge a complaint with Ubereats. This is not the first time I've experienced a really delayed delivery. The staff and Manager at this outlet on University Ave, in the Bronx really need some training on efficiency, time management and fast service....read full review
