The worst customer service experience.

Nice cashier but the service is too slow. Waited a long time to get a sandwich and I was the only customer they had. I can see the cook pacing back and forth, on his phone. I thought Nathan's was a fast food chain.
My wife and I went to eat at the bay plaza mall. We went to eat at Nathan's hot dog stand. There was one guy working. We waited 20 minutes for our food. And when I receive my food and tasted it. It was horrible. For 45 dollars. 2 hot dogs 1 soda. 1 fish sandwich and 1 coconut drink I was charged 45 dollars. And the food was horrible. This is my first and last time I am eating at this stand.

Despite the tasty food, the lack of communication and customer service left a negative impression.
