My experience was very nice I went on a Saturday me and my wife to get take out the place was very nice the pink color stood out on the block. The people inside the establishment were very nice and welcoming we did our order on the machine we asked how long it would take and it was done in about 10 minutes. I previously ranted about how slow the service was here, but over the months it has improved tremendously. I even ordered for delivery once and my doorbell rang 15 minutes later, I once had to wait 30-40 minutes in store for an order. The food also has gotten better, I dont know how they improved on what was already delicious, but they did. And as always, the staff are so kind and welcoming. The rotisserie chicken was Soo good and a good value for the amount you get get the jerk chicken sauce it goes great with it

PiCK UP POLLO is a restaurant in the Bronx or NYC that offers chicken and a variety of sides. The place has a pink color that stood out on the block, and the people inside the establishment were very nice and welcoming. Customers can order on the machine, and orders are done in about 10 minutes. The food is very good, with favorites like the college dropout sandwich, the baked chicken with the green sauce, chicken tenders, wings, chicken sandwiches, mac & cheese, rice, fries, tostones and coleslaw. The Mac & Cheese Chicken Bowl is a great combination, and the homemade tamarind and passion fruit drinks are refreshing. The WuTang and Blue Print chicken sandwiches are so seasoned. The Dominican Fried Chicken with the waskaka sauce is delicious, and the Chicken Mac and Cheese, Chicken Sandwich, Banana Pudding and Tres Leches are on point. The Peruvian chicken was just ok, and the rice was regular. The service was slow but has improved tremendously, and the staff are so kind and welcoming. The store is a bit small for dining in, but in NYC many just do take-out or delivery. A little expensive, but still a must try spot.
