It’s a nice place decent Tex-Mex restaurant in the Bronx right by the subway station. I had a very nice waitress very good food. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad at all.
This was an awesome treat. I was in my way to Yonkers and stopped by this gem. I highly recommend, the food was excellent, the service was exceptional and the vibe was nice. I had the classic margarita and the chicken fajitas. They several amazing chips and salsa while you wait for your main dish.

Based on the reviews, Santa Fe Grill is a great place to go with family, friends or even a date. The food is excellent, amazing, and feels very authentic, real Latin cuisine. Specific meals mentioned include the corn Tamale, chicken tacos, guacamole and chips, and chicken fingers. The green sauce has a kick of heat. The service is great, friendly, and incredibly attentive, with small details that count. The staff is accommodating and responsive for large groups. The atmosphere is very nice with sports on the TVs, a great bar, and music. The location is very convenient to Van Cortland Park and public transport. Portions are large. Some reviews note the service can be kinda slow and the decor is very old. Overall, it is a cool experience, especially for their mariachi night.
