Perfect evening
One of my favorite restaurants. Food is just like homemade. Menu options are different and creative, alongside of the standards. Pecan soup is to die for. My husband and I are frequent customers who enjoy the cosy atmosphere both outdoors and indoors. Don't ever close!
I LOVE The Black Whale! It is filled with charm, beauty and interesting antiques everywhere. The staff is wonderful and the food is SUPERB! It is definitely one my favorite place to dine in City Island and NYC at large!
