White Castle is a restaurant that offers a variety of food options, including clam strips, fish bites, and burgers. The clam strips are reported to be delicious and the fish bites are described as very good. The burgers are noted as being a unique and tasty experience. Recently, customers have praised the staff, especially two ladies behind the counter who engaged well with guests and provided excellent service. The dining room has been kept very clean and spotless, making for a pleasant environment. Visitors also enjoy the fun annual tradition at this location, which features complete decorations and a festive atmosphere, although some wish there was music to enhance the experience. However, there have been some issues with maintenance, such as a lack of napkins and ketchup in the holders, and concerns about the quality of meat and bread, which has reportedly dropped over the years. The drive-through staff has also received positive remarks for their kindness, encouraging customers to leave reviews. The parking lot has plenty of spaces but can feel a bit creepy at night. Despite these challenges, many customers continue to have positive experiences with the food and service.
