Solid Kosher pizza. Boro Park is not a real foodie neighborhood, and grabbing a bite there can be tough if you are fussy on food, so this place is perfect. If you are into a lot of tomato sauce, probably not for you, as they do not seem to put a ton of tomato sauce on their pizza, but the dough, the cheese, the texture, the flavor, all perfect and authentic Brooklyn pizza. Medium thin, very chewy crust, a little overcooked on the bottom, but with very good flavor.Cheese / sauce balanced heavily towards cheese.Not Italian seasoned, but not too heavily Spanish seasoned either.Good flavor overall.I'll give it an 85.
