I come to this Bagelsmith location at LEAST 3 times a week and every single time, this team gets it right. Food was ok but service was horrible, they messed up an order and then followed up by trying to say they were right. Putting pork on a sandwich for someone whose religion observed not eating pork, then saying oh well and offering no resolution

The service here is so bad. They are in zero rush to serve you and are quite indifferent. The staff are disorganized/not trained well and even simple things like ordering a coffee take forever.
