I love this place
Very confusing. Probably the slowest service at a bagel place.. customer service pretty bad. they don't seem to realize that people are stopping to grab something to eat before work... And actually have to get to work.. absolutely no sense of urgency.. sometimes it takes me 10 minutes to get a basic sandwich when there is no line whatsoever..
Kind of the only place in the area so I have to stop there but sometimes I don't unless I have a bunch of time to spare...
