They are very nasty and they don't have every flavor
Baskin-Robbins is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will never order ice cream or a cake from them again.
They ruined my daughter’s birthday cake. I ordered a pizza-shaped cake two days in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, they claimed I had placed the order that same day. As a result, the cake was not ready, and I was forced to choose a random cake instead.

This is one of my favorite stores. Customer service always on point. Prices reasonable. Go as often as I can.
