Ordered on the app. As I stopped in front of the pick-up window, the fellow arrives with my coffee and out it down just beyond my reach beyond the plexiglass barrier. And said something to the fellow standing there, looking at his…phone. Of course. So I stood there for a few moments expressing him to slide my coffee to me, as it was the only order there and I was the only customer waiting. But no. It depends on who serves you. The first time I came, the woman who made the drink made it perfect. The second time I ordered a drink here, the drink wasn't good and made by someone different.

If your going to be Karen's at this location then order in advance, dunkins isn't Starbucks and today's Karen's weren't even white women it was a culture shock. So if you have a specific order use the damn mobile app order in advance your specified unique order and pick it up..save yourself from being hangry...I patiently waited in line and couldn't believe the entitlement and behaviors I witnessed my great grandma would roll over in her grave if she saw the state of this world....Well...read full review
