I usually go there for bagels, which I would rate 4 star but I decided to try the Cuban sandwich for $9. It had stale, not very tasty pork pieces in it. I scooped out all of the pork and just ate the ham and Swiss cheese. I would never buy that sandwich again. I'm thankful it didn't make me ill as I tasted one piece of the pork. That was a waste of money.
Best bagels and bakery in Canarsie. I wish I knew about this place earlier instead of going to the corner store/deli 1 block away from me to get fake bagels. This place has real, crispy, and a fresh variety of bagels, and their muffins are good also.

How have I lived in Canarsie for so long and NOT known about this place???This is a great little deli with the most delicious FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN pastries: apple turnovers, chocolate chip scones, muffins, danishes.
