Missing this place.. very good meat!
I miss this place. I use to go with my family all the time. Especially with my dad (r.i.p ??). We knew the owners and the staff was always lovely.
Chimu bistro was a beloved Peruvian restaurant with amazing food, great service, and a cultural ambiance. Customers enjoyed the complete menu with delicious ceviche and flavorful lomo saltado. The portions were just right, and the outdoor dining was a nice touch. The attentive and polite waitstaff added to the overall positive experience, although some found the pisco sour to be a bit underwhelming for the price. Unfortunately, the restaurant has since closed down, leaving many sad to see it go.
