It's a classic cash-only Chinese spot In the realm of the expensive downtown. This is where I go to get the reg priced General Tso. A $9 meal is better than a $12 one with small portions.
I go here when I want to save a bit extra.
The service isn't bad and they rarely are terribly crowded when I go there for lunch (mainly mid afternoon like after 3p), so I get the food by the time I walk down there.

food is good but dont accept cards in this day n age…. this restaurant is a front for illegal activity, to clean money and not report to taxes lol
