Came for a solo drink before dinner to kill time. Has an interesting vibe - I do think it likely functions better as a cafe but the mezcal drink I got was good and reasonably priced and it’s a uniquely decorated spot.
Great vibe great drinks but food is terrible and I don't say this lightly (still love this place!)
What a wonderful place to stumble into on a cold evening! Dae is warm and inviting, like a friend’s cozy living room. Good music that allowed us to talk. The cocktails are delicious and while we didn’t get food because this was a pre-dinner drink stop, the aromas coming from the kitchen were making us drool. And the happy hour alone is worth a visit! We will be back! Thank you Celina for being an excellent hostess and bartender!
DAE is a gorgeous cafe with a nice mellow vibe and a sleek modern design. The place is minimalist and cool, serve great coffee, cake, drink and sandwich. Brunch is served Fri‑Sun and had eggs prepared three different ways, purple sweet potato and cold foam that can be added to houjicha. The food and bites are delicious, eclectic and with excellent Korean rice wine or thoughtful beer selection. Although the service can be horrible and some tables are left dirty, the aesthetic plates, cups and bowls and the beautiful presentation is the place a true gem for friends to meet and journaling.
