I know it’s their duty to clean the floor and whatnot but one of the workers literally couldn’t wait and made us get out of our seats for him to clean 😐.
I also ordered on the mobile app and waited 10 mins while he went and did some other things, mind you with no one there 😭

I ordered a dozen donuts plus 2 extra. They sent me a bunch of munchkins in the donut box along with 3 smashed in donuts. Had they have told the delivery guy they were sold out, I could've gotten a full refund. Since they sent whatever they sent. Doordash only gave a partial refund. Once I finally got through to the telephone number on my receipt. The women answered laughing, then acted like she didn't understand.
This was the worst service ever , disgusting attitude, filthy space , terrible customer service , terrible communication. Mocking and laughing at a customer. They were too busy on there phones to clean or take and get anyone order correct. Would not trust buying bottled water from this place that is how disgusting it was !!!

The location is wheelchair accessible, with wide doors for easy entry. The restaurant is clean and offers ample space for customers to relax. However, during busy times, the staff can feel overwhelmed, as there are usually only two employees working. Additional help could improve the experience, especially with the rush of online and in-person orders. Overall, it’s a great place in a nice area for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends and family.
