This Dunkin location is always understaffed. They never have the menu options that they promote. They don't update their availability on the app.
I've been there in person and have seen a supervisor member call a customer who placed an Uber order and tell them they can't make any espresso drinks despite another staff saying that they will make it. They customer and staff were both told no.
