Went here on a rainy day after taking a test at school. I had a coupon for a free iced coffee. Wasn't sure if there'd be whipped cream on it or not (there wasn't) but I asked the employee if I would able to pay an additional $0.5 for whipped cream. The very kind employee didn't hesitate to not only give me whipped cream but ALSO chocolate syrup and did not take the money. Ordered thru mobile and stopped in and it was ready and waiting for me. Just what I expect from this brand.The building is a little run down and could use a small refresh and I lighting could be brighter.

The service and food and drink quality is high. However, the cleanliness of the environment is not consistently appealing, and often disheveled with napkins about tabletops, counters, and floor. The appearance of the ambiance could be improved, significantly. Otherwise, the staff are all warm and welcoming.
