This Dunkin (and the company as a whole) has gone downhill. The one star is for the harsh browns. The " latte" was coffee, I didn't order it. I have made better avocado toast. Don't waste your time or money. My favorite tea cafe is Brooklyn Tea is worth the trip to Bed-Stuy.
This location is the worst. I blame management and owner. Not the employees. The employees have no control on the supplies that are ordered. They never have what you want to order. Always running out of the flavors or even not having the correct cup size you order. By 6pm it's empty. No doughnuts no nothing. Don't order by mobile cause chances are they don't have what you ordered.

Check your receipts, I got charged 4 whipcreams when the charge for whipcream is .30 cents. I was charged a whole $1.20, it's the principle. You're stealing people's money, imagine 250 customers a day that .90 each, that's $225!! This cashier is stealing from customers if you're not taking your receipts, you're being robbed.
