Came to this Popeyes around 10:15 on Christmas Eve, was extremely impressed Shahid Navid. Great professionalism and was kind to attend to us as guest. Working in the industry can be a hassle especially during the holidays. I appreciate the service tonight. Thank you!
This location is very hit or miss when you order food. Four times over the past two months we have ordered the same thing: 3 piece tenders box classic style with a side, and a 3 piece tenders box blackened with a side. Twice we got two boxes of classic tenders. I'm not sure if they run out of the blackened ones or just don't pay attention but they should replace it with a blackened sandwich if they have no tenders.The other issue is one of freshness. People walk through and harass customers eating for money , while I was there 2 people taking up seats and using cell phones without ordering food , another person walked in with halal food from cart and took up a table to eat it without even buying anything. Employees don't care or even say anything.
