Seriously the WORST Dunkin in Brooklyn. Never get my online orders right, and even when I order in person, they somehow mess it up every.single.time? I don't write bad reviews, but this place does not deserve to be a franchise-- especially since the 86th St location has the nicest workers and most consistent drinks.
This morning I ordered an iced latte along with a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The iced latte looked like I was drinking milk (not sure where the espresso was), and there was barely any ice when I asked for extra ice in my iced latte. And I'm frustrated because I'm the one whose money was wasted by an order that went straight into the trash. Also, the toasted bagel was rock hard- definitely an old bagel.This was an UBER EATS order.
