So technically, the only complaint I have on this location of Dunkin Is the service.
They never have enough staff working.
I came in on a Sunday morning, at least eight people in line and one person working behind the counter
The one person was ringing on the register, making the coffee and making the food so there was literally a seven minute wait time before each customer.
Completely unacceptable for any fast food establishment.

It's just coffee n donuts. Afternoon is steal donut time
I live this place and all its employees.
Don't make it there as much as I'd like but when I can, it's always great! On a side note, please don't ever get rid of Butter Pecan coffee flavor, it's my absolute favorite. 👌

Dunkin' at this neighborhood offers a varied menu and excellent beverages. The morning shift staff is quick and efficient, although the place could use an upgrade. Some inconsistent customer service from certain staff members was noted. The morning rush can get busy, so having more staff on hand might help. Unfortunately, they were out of a specific coffee flavor that one customer enjoys, but the alternative was still good.
